I focus on establishing clear, measurable, and appropriately challenging goals for my students' learning. I make sure the objectives align with curriculum standards while also considering the needs and abilities of my students. I aim to create goals that are specific enough to guide my instruction, allow me to assess progress, and remain flexible to adapt as needed. This helps ensure that my students have focused, coherent, and achievable learning outcomes, setting them up for success. Below is an example of a content and language objective.
