Acting in service of students, as outlined in Danielson Domain 4f, is fundamental for my teaching because it centers every decision I make around what is best for my students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being. This means advocating for their needs, creating equitable opportunities, and going beyond academics to support the whole child. Whether it’s providing extra help, connecting them with resources, or simply being a consistent, caring presence, I strive to create an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. Serving students with compassion and commitment builds trust and helps them reach their full potential.
